To build up a new system our hardware engineers carry out technical study and then do the designing and planning. After a thorough assessment they build up the-system and then they do the testing.

Installation
After assembling and testing the System, they install it at the site prescribed by the clients. Then they will perform the plugging and initialization of the system and will make sure that the system is running smooth. It is a very painstaking job and takes a lot of patience and courage to accomplish-it. But the team of AIL is always ready to serve their customers with a smile. They always make sure that the clients are fully ready to operate the system by themselves.

To keep ourselves dated we subscribe a good number of well-known PC magazines, periodicals from systems at home and abroad. These enable our hardware team to come across a wide array products and services, thus update and upgrade their knowledge and skills on PC and related matters. Also, we receive newsletters and bulletins from the concerned authorities at home and abroad for the same purpose. They also attend seminars and workshop to have the first hand knowledge of this ever changing and fast growing field. Regular discussions are held within the hardware department of the Apex Infotech Ltd. To change views and ideas, the end result is: we are never left behind in the race and wheat not keeping our clients in dark.

Our hardware expertise is constant being tested by our valued clients and patrons in the process of cloning PCs, networking etc. and also through the after sales service that we provide them. Being a part of marketing oriented company; highly trained professionals make up our Hardware Department with wide experience in this field. Executives from the marketing and hardware divisions are equally responsible for total marketing of computer hardware along with peripherals and software (customized and off-the-shelf). Marketing executives develop market and assistant clients by carrying system study to assess actual needs of the client and propose the appropriate hardware and software solutions. Other responsibilities of marketing executives are to follow up their respective offers, preparing tenders, closing sales, delivery, demonstrations, seminars, and exhibitions, Ad-campaigns etc. Hardware executives the marketing personnel from this point and then they proceed together. Thus we are amalgamated marketing skills with technical know-how.
